Bully‘s 2015 debut album Feels Like was a very fun revival of ’90s alt-rock, so it’s good news that the band have a followup on the way. Feels Like came out on Columbia, but the band have left their major label home and signed to Sub Pop for LP2 (which is a way better fit anyway). Watch an announcement video below, featuring 16 seconds of presumably new music.
The Nashville band will celebrate the signing with a show in Sub Pop’s hometown of Seattle on July 26. Their only other upcoming date is Foo Fighters’ Cal Jam ’17 with Queens of the Stone Age, Liam Gallagher, The Kills, Japandroids, Babes In Toyland, The Obsessed, and more.
Good news alert – LP2 will b coming out on @subpop & we'll be playing Seattle @ Sunset tavern 7/26/17 (tickets avail now) come celebrate pic.twitter.com/mHypjiWhhf
